Lisa Drum, age 56, of Lagrange, GA, loving wife and mother, lost her valiant battle with cancer on December 22, 2017, while visiting her daughter in San Antonio. She is safe in the arms of Jesus with no more suffering and pain.
She leaves behind the love of her life, her husband Joey Drum, her daughters and their husbands, Savannah (Andrew) Narayan of Charlotte and Summer (Justin) Johnson of San Antonio, Texas. Also surviving are her parents Linda and James Buchanan of Franklin and Hollis Adams of Robbinsville and her grandmother, Neowne Adams of Robbinsville. In addition Lisa is survived by her sisters April (Jeff) Getz of Charlotte, Tracy (Shaun) Shockley of Palm Bay, FL and her brother Seth (Nikki) Adams of Franklin. She also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews, family and friends, all of which she loved dearly.
A celebration of Lisa’s life will be held at Cedar Cliff Baptist Church on Jan. 13, at 1 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Victory Junction, 4500 Adams Way, Randleman, NC. 27317 or victoryjunction.org, a camp for children with serious medical conditions where Lisa enjoyed volunteering as a respiratory therapist.
