The following is a list of arrests made and/or filed by the Graham County Sheriff’s Office, the Tennessee Valley Authority, the N.C. Highway Patrol, the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission and the Cherokee Indian Police Department.
The information was obtained from arrest records on file at the Graham County Jail and/or Clerk of Court’s office.
Persons listed below are innocent until proven guilty.
* Dec. 19: Kristopher William Harris, 27, Robbinsville. Second-degree trespass; misdemeanor larceny.
* Dec. 20: Mark Wayne Carver, 50, Robbinsville. Probation violation (two counts); defrauding drug and alcohol test.
* Dec. 20: Erik Morgan Messick, 30, Robbinsville. Second-degree trespass.
* Dec. 20: Megan Elizabeth Spears, 34, Robbinsville. Breaking and/or entering; larceny after breaking/entering; injury to real property.
* Dec. 21: Brittney Leigh Phillips, 35, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on misdemeanor.
* Dec. 21: Jennifer Marie Sexton, 37, Robbinsville. Probation violation.
* Dec. 24: Randy Dale Price, Jr., 33, Robbinsville. Trafficking in opium or heroin; possession of schedule II controlled substance; possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute schedule II controlled substance.
