The information was obtained from arrest records on file at the Graham County Jail and/or Clerk of Court’s office.
Persons listed below are innocent until proven guilty.

* Dec. 6: Robin Renee Rogers, 41, Robbinsville. Resisting public officer.
* Dec. 7: Joshua Randall Cable, 36, Robbinsville. Probation violation.
* Dec. 7: Brian Anthony Cross, 30, Marble. Failure to appear on felony.
* Dec 7: Phillip James Graham, 22, Robbinsville. Driving while impaired.
* Dec. 7: Destiny Jade Mathis, 23, Robbinsville. Accessory after the fact; possess with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver heroin.
* Dec. 7: Carey Jade Sellers, 29, Robbinsville. Misdemeanor larceny.
* Dec. 7: Summer Crystal Dawn Teesateskie, 26, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on misdemeanor (three counts).
* Dec. 8: Wayne Stewart Bailey, 49, Almond. Failure to appear on misdemeanor (three counts), failure to appear on felony.
* Dec. 8: Richard Jack Colvard, Jr., 59, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on felony (two counts); possess controlled substance prison/jail premises.
* Dec. 9: Autumn Sky Orr, 24, Robbinsville. Disorderly conduct.
* Dec. 10: Christopher Micheal Brooks, 45, Robbinsville. Driving while impaired.
* Dec. 10: Darius Jade Harris, 23, Robbinsville. Felony/malicious conduct by a prisoner; felony/assault with physical injury to law enforcement/probation/parole officer (two counts); second degree trespass; reckless driving; resisting public officer.
* Dec. 10: Jeffrey Charles Heid, 51, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on felony; failure to appear on misdemeanor (two counts).
* Dec. 10: Robert Glenn Kays, 49, Robbinsville. Second-degree trespass.
