The following is a list of arrests made and/or filed by the Graham County Sheriff’s Office, the Tennessee Valley Authority, the N.C. Highway Patrol, the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission and the Cherokee Indian Police Department.
The information was obtained from arrest records on file at the Graham County Jail and/or Clerk of Court’s office. Persons listed below are innocent until proven guilty:
* Dec. 21 – Ronnie Edmond Litton, 31, Appalachia, Va. Possess methamphetamine.
* Dec. 22 – Ronnie Edmond Litton, 31, Appalachia, Va. Resisting public officer (two counts); burning personal property; obstruction of justice (three counts); trafficking methamphetamine.
* Dec. 22 – Tony Edward Millsaps, 70, Robbinsville. Interfere with emergency communications; assault on a female.
* Dec.22 – Callie Lynn Royal, 58, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on felony (three counts); failure to appear on misdemeanor.
* Dec. 23 – Pamela Jame Orr, 50, Robbinsville. Simple possession, schedule III controlled substance.
* Dec. 24 – Jacqueline Evonne Lane, 48, Robbinsville. Simple possession, schedule III controlled substance; possess methamphetamine; possess drug paraphernalia.
