The following is a list of arrests made and/or filed by the Graham County Sheriff’s Office, the Tennessee Valley Authority, the N.C. Highway Patrol, the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission and the Cherokee Indian Police Department. The information was obtained from arrest records on file at the Graham County Jail and/or Clerk of Court’s office.

* Feb. 16: Phillip James Graham, 22, Robbinsville; Failure to appear on felony.
* Feb. 17: Nicholas Shawn Finch, 23, Robbinsville. Possess methamphetamine; possession with intent to manufacture, sell, deliver schedule lll controlled substance (two counts), simple possession schedule lV controlled substance; possession drug paraphernalia.
* Feb. 17: Jeffery Charles Heid, 50, Robbinsville. Assault officer serious injury; possess marijuana up to ½ oz.; possess drug paraphernalia.
* Feb. 18: Amber Danielle Lane, 32, Robbinsville. Simple possession schedule lV controlled substance; probation violation.
* Feb. 21: Danielle Nichole Adams, 34, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on felony (two counts); identity theft; obtain property false pretense.
* Feb. 21: Brittany Ann Holder, 31, Robbinsville. Breaking or entering.
