The following is a list of arrests made and/or filed by the Graham County Sheriff’s Office, the Tennessee Valley Authority, the N.C. Highway Patrol, the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission and the Cherokee Indian Police Department.
The information was obtained from arrest records on file at the Graham County Jail and/or Clerk of Court’s office.
Persons listed below are innocent until proven guilty:
* July 4: Austin Slade Patterson, Robbinsville. Driving while intoxicated.
* July 5: Brian Samuel Lancaster, Robbinsville. Failure to appear (six counts).
* July 5: Landon Joseph Edwards, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on felony; disorderly conduct.
* July 6: John Dale Humphries, Robbinsville. Failure to appear.
* July 7: Brandy Mulberry, Robbinsville. Released to other agency.
* July 7: David Michael Freeman, Robbinsville. Non-support of child.
* July 8: Alex Ryan Dutcher, Robbinsville. Possession of methamphetamine.
* July 8: Sawyer Arie Edwards, Robbinsville. Failure to appear.
* July 8: Jason Lyle Crisp, Robbinsville. Intoxicated and disruptive.
* July 8: Veronica Leigh Anderson, Robbinsville. True bill of indictment.
* July 10: Tyler Collins, Robbinsville. Driving while intoxicated.
* July 11: Kyle Orr, Robbinsville. Assault; breaking and/or entering (two counts).
* July 11: Richard Jack Colvard, Jr., Robbinsville. Possession methamphetamine; possession schedule II controlled substance.
