The information was obtained from arrest records on file at the Graham County Jail and/or Clerk of Court’s office.
Persons listed below are innocent until proven guilty.
* June 9: Niyasia Park, 34, Howell, N.J. Flee/elude arrest with a motor vehicle; reckless driving to endanger; speeding; driving left of center; failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, no accident; unsafe passing yellow line; speed work zone more than 80 or more than 15 over; failure to maintain lane control.
* June 10: Coy Alan Rogers, 29, Robbinsville. True bill of indictment (felony possession of methamphetamine; misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia).
* June 11: Joshua Randall Cable, 39, Robbinsville. Misdemeanor larceny.
* June 11: Carter Micheal Dixon, 26, Collinsville, Ill. Flee/elude arrest with a motor vehicle.
* June 12: Devin Charles Branch, 42, Wilson, N.Y. Driving while impaired; reckless driving to endanger.
* June 12: Richard Oliver Garland, 41, Robbinsville. Possession of fentanyl.
* June 14: Bryan Alexander Barnett, 25, Winston-Salem. Writ for court.
