The following is a list of arrests made and/or filed by the Graham County Sheriff’s Office, the Tennessee Valley Authority, the N.C. Highway Patrol, the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission and the Cherokee Indian Police Department.

The information was obtained from arrest records on file at the Graham County Jail and/or Clerk of Court’s office.

Persons listed below are innocent until proven guilty:

* May 9: Kenneth Jacob Pullium, 32, Robbinsville. Assault on female.

* May 10: Joshua Randall Cable, 35, Robbinsville. Probation violation; probation violation out-of-county (two counts).

* May 10: Richard Scott Rutland, 49, Robbinsville. Simple assault.

* May 11: Timothy Ray Sawyer, 56, Robbinsville. Probation violation (two counts).

* May 13: Michael Aaron Green, 18, Robbinsville. Simple possession of schedule VI; possession of marijuana paraphernalia; possess schedule VI controlled substance; contributing to delinquency of juvenile.

* May 13: Brian Keith Hardin, 45, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on misdemeanor.

* May 13: Cory Martin Hensley, 44, Mineral Bluff, Ga. Extradition and fugitive other state.

* May 13: Alvin Richard Johnson, 62, Robbinsville. True bill of indictment.

* May 13: Jacob James Sawyer, 41, Robbinsville. Breaking or entering; violate domestic violence protection order.
