The following is a list of arrests made and/or filed by the Graham County Sheriff’s Office, the Tennessee Valley Authority, the N.C. Highway Patrol, the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission and the Cherokee Indian Police Department.

The information was obtained from arrest records on file at the Graham County Jail and/or Clerk of Court’s office.

Persons listed below are innocent until proven guilty.

* Oct. 17: Shelby Leigh Jackson, 32, Robbinsville. Parole violation.

* Oct. 17: Justin Clyde Jones, 45, Robbinsville. Possess methamphetamine.

* Oct. 17: Timothy Andrew Sellers, 53, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on felony (two counts).

* Oct. 18: Jaidrienne Sierra Bateman, 26, Robbinsville. Misdemeanor child abuse (four counts); failure to appear on felony (two counts); failure to appear on misdemeanor (two counts).

* Oct. 18: Sarah Ashley Elizabeth Orr, 34, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on misdemeanor (six counts); failure to appear on felony.

* Oct. 20: Kristopher William Harris, 28, Robbinsville. Second-degree trespass.

* Oct. 20: Amy Michelle Sellers, 20, Robbinsville. Driving while impaired.

* Oct. 22: Kristopher Carpenter, 35, Asheville. Breaking or entering.

* Oct. 22: Hunter Boyd Blake McGaha, 20, Murphy. Driving while impaired.
