* Oct. 5: Hannah Lynn Garrison, 26, Robbinsville. Simple assault.
* Oct. 5: Damien Riley Wachacha, 35, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on misdemeanor.
* Oct. 5: Eugene Jarrett Wachacha, 43, Robbinsville. Possess methamphetamine.
* Oct. 5: Hannah Lynn Garrison, 26, Robbinsville. Attempted larceny.
* Oct. 7: John Hugh O’Banion, 71, Wetumpka, Ala. Discharge weapon on occupied property.
* Oct. 9: Aaron Keith Orr, 37, Robbinsville. Assault by strangulation; first-degree kidnapping.
