Longtime HVAC provider afforded regional awards
Tallulah – There is pride in being a part of something great. There is a sense of satisfaction in a job well done.
At Stiles Heating and Cooling, it’s not about the recent awards they have received as much as it is about providing a need.
“It’s not just about sales for us; it is more important to do what best suits the customer,” co-owner and office manager Hanna Stiles shared.
Stiles Heating and Cooling is locally owned and operated by Eddie and Hanna Stiles. The Stiles’ have provided heating, ventilating and air conditioning services in Graham County – and surrounding areas of Western North Carolina – since March 2013. Their goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction and offer the highest-quality service done right, to ensure that their customers maximize the comfort of their home and place of business all year long.
In February of this year, the husband-and-wife team traveled to Greenville, S.C., to the Carriers Enterprise Dealer Meeting, to receive recognition for years of service. The event included training and networking with a vendor trade show that introduced new products and services.
In March, they attended an American Standard conference in Wilmington, to accept the Diamond Sales Award. This honor given to select individuals who showcase exemplary talents through their professionalism and noted sales of $500,000 and above.
The Stiles' take great pride in their experienced technicians and high quality parts they use, bringing integrity, experience and state-of-the-art techniques to their customers.
Being recognized as a successful business is a compliment, but the couple feels that being a part of the community – and serving their friends and neighbors – is the greatest blessing of all.
