The following is a list of arrests made and/or filed by the Graham County Sheriff’s Office, the Tennessee Valley Authority, the N.C. Highway Patrol, the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission and the Cherokee Indian Police Department.
The information was obtained from arrest records on file at the Graham County Jail and/or Clerk of Court’s office.
Persons listed below are innocent until proven guilty.
* Dec. 18: Richard Dennis Deaton, 55, Flowery Branch, Ga. Felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle.
* Dec. 18: Charles Thomas Winsell, 55, Waynesville. Failure to appear on misdemeanor (two counts).
* Dec. 19: Jeffrey Bruce Cabe, 61, Robbinsville. Possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine; maintain place controlled substance.
* Dec. 19: John Mark Jenkins, 54, Robbinsville. True bill of indictment (habitual felon); possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine.
* Dec. 19: Jeffrey Scott Willard, Jr., 29, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on felony (two counts).
* Dec. 21: Natasha Danielle Brown-Hamilton, 39, Robbinsville. Resisting public officer.
* Dec. 22: Casey Boyd Phillips, 36, Robbinsville. Flee/elude arrest with a motor vehicle.
* Dec. 23: David Aston Hicks, 42, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on misdemeanor.
* Dec. 23: Hubert Wesley Stroupe, 66, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on misdemeanor.
