Duane and Linda Wilkey provided this Oct. 8, 2017, photo to The Graham Star, which backs up their claims of an increased-silt presence in Hunting Boy Trout Farm’s water supply, which the Wilkey’s say was caused by grading conducted upstream for an Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians facility.
