Phillip James Graham
A Graham County man remains behind bars, after being arrested June 8 on the charge of indecent liberties with a child.
Phillip James Graham, 21, was arrested after allegedly committing a “lewd and lascivious act” on a child under the age of 16 and at least five years younger than him.
According to North Carolina law, indecent liberties with a child constitutes several forms of improper sexual activity with a child.
Graham is currently being held in the Cherokee County Jail on a $50,000 bond. He is due in court on Thursday, July 1.
