Sweetwater – Two men were arrested Monday, following an alleged breaking and entering in Graham County.
Sheriff Jerry Crisp and deputies responded to an alleged breaking and entering in progress in the Beech Creek Community.
Upon arriving on scene, the deputies found two men nearby, who were identified by witnesses as those involved in the alleged crime.
Joseph Brian Pressley – 32, of Marble – and Bryan Aaron Berryman, 51 of Robbinsville, were both arrested on the charges of felony breaking and entering, felony larceny after breaking and entering, and felony conspiracy to commit breaking and entering. Both are being held in the Graham County Jail on $10,000 bonds.
The crime marked Pressley’s third arrest in Graham County in approximately the last month, after he was allegedly caught shoplifting after stealing catalytic converters from county vehicles on March 17, and breaking into a dwelling and stealing a motorcycle.
