Graham County is now available in your App Store.
Spearheaded by the efforts of Lake Santeetlah resident Bob Wehr, Graham County has launched a free app that includes everything tourists could ever want to research before trekking to northwest North Carolina.
The app can be searched for by entering “Graham County NC.”
One of the key selling points is the interactive PointsMap, a Google-powered application that makes navigating the app a breeze. On desktops, the app can be found at
pointsmap.com/grahamcountync. Once the app is downloaded, it opens to a landing page, featuring photos from around the area and five interactive squares. More categories can be accessed via the drop-down menu at the top-left corner, including navigational guides to multi-county “loops” that interested parties can cruise in the vehicle of their choosing.
Graham County’s limited internet access can also be bypassed, as maps and other items of interest can be downloaded and saved for loading, even in remote areas.
