Area resident helping to bridge digital divide

The Graham County Department of Public Health was 1-of-20 area agencies that received a Starlink router, thanks to an effort spearheaded by local resident Judy Carpenter. Health department director Donna Stephens (right) is pictured with technician Dylan Wiggins, who installed the router.
