Carol Stewart Knaffl of Knoxville, Tenn. went home to be with Jesus on Monday, April 26, 2021 after an extended illness.
She is the daughter of the late Rev. Gurley and Margie Eller Stewart of Robbinsville.
She is survived by her brother, Tony Stewart of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho; her loving daughter Angela Stewart Knaffl of Murphy, N.C.; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A memorial will be held in Knoxville, Tenn. on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at the Farragut Church of God.
There will also be a memorial at Cedar Cliff Baptist Church in Robbinsville, N.C. on Sunday, May 30, 2021, at 3 p.m.
Following the service, her remains will be buried in the Carver Cemetery.
