Charles Hooper, 69 of Robbinsville and beloved husband, father and grandfather, was called to his heavenly home on Friday, March 30, 2021, surrounded by family and friends.
He will be remembered as a loving and generous man who was always happy and willing to lend a helping hand, and was a dear friend to all who knew him.
Charles has left a permanent mark etched on our hearts and will be supremely missed by his beloved “bride” Yvette; his children, Melissa Roberts, Helga Callaway, Lori Moore and Angel Kisselburg; his cherished grandchildren, Patrick, Lindsey, Dylan, Abigail, Sam, Lauren, Jakob, Mia, Anna and four great-grandchildren.
Charles was the son of the late Arnold and Faye Hooper, and is survived by his brothers Leonard and Eugene; sisters, Eloise, Marie, Ruth, Wanda, Jo Doris and Louella; and preceded in death by siblings Margaret and Tommy.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 2, 2021, at Blessed Hope Baptist Church, with receiving of friends from 2-3 p.m. at the church and services following.
