Charles H. Lindenberg III, age 83, passed away Friday, Sept. 10, 2021 in Marietta, Georgia.
He was born on May 27, 1938 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Charles and Anne (Lupher) Lindenberg.
He followed his late brother Preston to the Virgin Islands, where he met his future wife Mary. Charles was an avid diver and fisherman.
Charles is survived by his sister Penny and nephew Preston; sons, Charles and David; daughters, Mary and Anne; and grandchildren Gabriela, David and Andres.
In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lindenberg.
A graveside service was held at 1 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 20, 2021 at Green Lawn Cemetery in Columbus, Ohio.
