Richard Phillips, 73, went to his heavenly home on Friday, Oct. 29, 2021, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital in Owensboro, Ky.
He was born in Robbinsville, N.C. on June 13, 1948, and was the son of the late Otis and Mae Stratton Phillips.
He had worked on pipeline construction and strip mines.
