Tallulah – Two key executives at Graham County Land Company reached settlement agreements with a lender that claimed to be owed millions of dollars by the bankrupted company, and all claims were dismissed against a third company officer.

Final numbers released from auction

Tallulah – Flexible Funding, LLC. – Graham County Land Company’s largest creditor – is entitled to payment from auction proceeds of $1.98 million as partial reimbursement of an estimated total debt of more than $32 million, including $18.89 million owed to Flexible Funding alone.

Receiver proposes distribution of assets

Tallulah – The court-appointed receiver overseeing the dismantling of debt-ridden Graham County Land Company has proposed how proceeds from a bankruptcy auction will be distributed among companies the Robbinsville-based company owes money to.
