Charges dropped in dog-barking case

Robbinsville – Charges were dismissed in the case of a Robbinsville man whose neighbor called the sheriff about his dog’s loud, frequent barking. Michael Eddings was scheduled to appear for trial in Graham County District Court on Monday.

Dog owner rejects plea deal

Robbinsville – A Robbinsville couple facing misdemeanor barking dog violations turned down an offer from an assistant district attorney to have charges dropped if they have their dog’s vocal cords removed. Mike Eddings is charged in the misdemeanor case.

Neighbors at odds over barking dog

Robbinsville – Neighbors on Atoah Street – at odds over a barking dog – have brought the Graham County Sheriff’s Office into the dispute, with homeowners exchanging accusations and the sheriff accused of abusive behavior.
