Taking on all comers

The Black Knights have dove right into the deep end of the talent pool during their first official week of matches this year. Hosting a tri-match with Franklin and McDowell on Nov. 12, Robbinsville knocked off the Panthers 54-24 and the Titans 46-21.

Robbinsville High shines at history competition

Cullowhee – Robbinsville High School students recently competed in the National History Day Competition, held at Western Carolina University.   Sixteen students placed in various contests and every Robbinsville student qualified for the state competition, which will be held at Raleigh’s N.C.

Western Carolina recognized in 'Guide to Green Colleges'

Cullowhee – Western Carolina University has been listed by The Princeton Review as one of the most environmentally responsible colleges in North America for the ninth consecutive year. Western Carolina is included in the 2019 edition of the education services company’s “Guide to Green Colleges.
