Annette Millican Orr, 87, of Robbinsville, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2020, at Harris Regional Hospital in Sylva, N.C.
Born in Tupelo, Miss., Annette was the daughter of the late Clark and Sally Millican.
