The following is a list of arrests made and/or filed by the Graham County Sheriff’s Office, the Tennessee Valley Authority, the N.C. Highway Patrol, the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission and the Cherokee Indian Police Department.
The information was obtained from arrest records on file at the Graham County Jail and/or Clerk of Court’s office.
Persons listed below are innocent until proven guilty.
* Aug. 12: Eric Anthony Acosta, 21, Cherokee. Communicating threats.
* Aug. 14: Kloie Matteanne Cox, 21, Hayesville. Unauthorized use of motor vehicle; possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver methamphetamine; possess drug paraphernalia; trafficking in methamphetamine.
* Aug. 15: Hubert Wesley Stroupe, 66, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on misdemeanor (two counts).
* Aug. 16: Brandon Ralph Buchanan, 48, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on felony.
* Aug. 16: Landon Cody Gibson, 37, Franklin. Simple affray.
* Aug. 16: Randy Dale Price, Jr., 35, Robbinsville. Possess drug paraphernalia; possess methamphetamine.
* Aug. 16: Allison Orr Rogers, 35, Robbinsville. Simple assault (two counts).
