The following is a list of arrests made and/or filed by the Graham County Sheriff’s Office, the Tennessee Valley Authority, the N.C. Highway Patrol, the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission and the Cherokee Indian Police Department.
The information was obtained from arrest records on file at the Graham County Jail and/or Clerk of Court’s office.

* Aug. 20: Sawyer Arie Edwards, 32, Robbinsville. Misdemeanor sexual battery.
* Aug. 21: David Michael Freeman, 48, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on misdemeanor.
* Aug. 21: Chastity Burchfield Orr, 46, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on misdemeanor.
* Aug. 22: Stephanie Ann Carpenter, 34, Robbinsville. Felony conversion; embezzlement greater than or equal $100,000.
* Aug. 22: Kimberly Ann Davis, 52, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on misdemeanor.
* Aug. 22: Ryan Anthony Morrow, 51, Almond. Assault on a child under 12; misdemeanor child abuse; possession marijuana up to 1/2 oz.
* Aug. 23: Martha Ray Daniels, 48, Robbinsville. Misdemeanor larceny; possession of stolen goods.
* Aug. 23: Lydia Natasha Holloway, 44, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on felony (two counts); failure to appear on misdemeanor (two counts).
* Aug. 23: Dawson Wade Riddle, 26, Robbinsville. Felony larceny; injury to personal property; break or enter a motor vehicle; attempted larceny; resisting public officer.
