The following is a list of arrests made and/or filed by the Graham County Sheriff’s Office, the Tennessee Valley Authority, the N.C. Highway Patrol, the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission and the Cherokee Indian Police Department.
The information was obtained from arrest records on file at the Graham County Jail and/or Clerk of Court’s office.
Persons listed below are innocent until proven guilty.

* Aug. 25: Sherry Evelyn Bailey, 54, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on felony.
* Aug. 25: Mindy Mae Stewart, 34, Robbinsville. Felony child abuse serious injury; possess methamphetamine; maintain place controlled substance.
* Aug. 27: Courtney Paige Holder, 31, Robbinsville. Communicating threats; second-degree trespass.
* Aug. 28: Charles Edward Phillips, 63, Robbinsville. Possess drug paraphernalia; probation violation.
* Aug. 28: Christopher Todd Rogers, 47, Robbinsville. Obtain property false pretense (two counts).
* Aug. 29: Thomas Jerome Allen, Jr., 31, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on misdemeanor.
* Sept. 1: Danielle Nichole Adams, 38, Robbinsville. Bond surrender; failure to appear on felony; failure to appear on misdemeanor.
