Graham County Arrest Report: Dec. 29, 2025 – Jan. 3, 2026

The following is a list of arrests made and/or filed by the Graham County Sheriff’s Office, the Tennessee Valley Authority, the N.C. Highway Patrol, the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission and the Cherokee Indian Police Department.

The information was obtained from arrest records on file at the Graham County Jail and/or Clerk of Court’s office.  

Persons listed below are innocent until proven guilty.

* Dec. 29: Tyler Joseph Morgan, 26, Bryson City. Possession of methamphetamine; possession of marijuana up to ½ oz.; misdemeanor larceny (three counts); larceny of motor vehicle parts; breaking and/or entering (two counts); larceny after breaking/entering; unauthorized use of motor vehicle (two counts); possession of stolen goods (two counts).

* Dec. 30: Denerion Rordecus Robinson, 41, Bryson City. Larceny of motor vehicle; breaking and/or entering; larceny of a firearm; felony larceny; damage property.

* Dec. 31: Adam Roy Carver, 48, Robbinsville. Felony conversion; obtain property false pretense.

* Dec. 31: Billy Joe Edwards, 54, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on felony (three counts).

* Dec. 31: Kaitlyn Teesateskie Elliott, 25, Robbinsville. Possession with intent to sell/manufacture/distribute fentanyl; possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule IV controlled substance (two counts); maintain place controlled substance.

* Dec. 31: Richard Oliver Garland, 40, Robbinsville. Possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule IV controlled substance (two counts); maintain place controlled substance; possession with intent to sell/manufacture/distribute fentanyl

* Dec. 31: Johnny Garland Murray, 55, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on felony; failure to appear on misdemeanor (two counts).

* Dec. 31: Charles Edward Phillips, 64, Robbinsville. Probation violation.

* Jan. 2: Epsy Elvin Willard, 29, Robbinsville. Assault with a deadly weapon; extradition/fugitive other state.

* Jan. 3: Anna Marie Blevins, 37, Robbinsville. Driving while impaired.
