Tennessee Valley Authority, the N.C. Highway Patrol, the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission and the Cherokee Indian Police Department.
The information was obtained from arrest records on file at the Graham County Jail and/or Clerk of Court’s office. Persons listed below are innocent until proven guilty:
* Feb. 1 – Kenneth Eugene Oswalt, 28, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on misdemeanor (two counts).
* Feb. 2 – Richard Oliver Garland, 36, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on misdemeanor.
* Feb. 3 – Lexi Ingersoll, 48, Robbinsville. Probation violation (two counts).
* Feb. 3 – Jimmy Kane Sherrill, 30, Robbinsville. Possession of controlled substance on prison/jail premises; possession of marijuana greater than ½ oz. – 1 ½ oz.; possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Feb. 5 – Sawyer Arie Edwards, 28, Robbinsville. Second-degree trespass.
* Feb. 5 – Austin Slade Patterson, 24, Robbinsville. First-degree trespass.
