The following is a list of arrests made and/or filed by the Graham County Sheriff’s Office, the Tennessee Valley Authority, the N.C. Highway Patrol, the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission and the Cherokee Indian Police Department.
The information was obtained from arrest records on file at the Graham County Detention Center and/or Clerk of Court’s office.
Persons listed below are innocent until proven guilty:
* Feb. 16: Trinity Derek Buchanan, 46, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on misdemeanor.
* Feb. 16: Adara Cordane Crisp, 27, Robbinsville. Probation violation.
* Feb. 16: Trevor Ledford Hill, 18, Cherokee. Assault and battery; misdemeanor consume alcohol under the age of 19.
* Feb. 18: Richard Jack Colvard, Jr., 62, Robbinsville. Possession of methampethamine.
* Feb. 18: Roy Lee Hampton, 68, Robbinsville. Neglect disabled/elder with injury.
* Feb. 19: Josie James Brady, 24, Rabun Gap, Ga. Failure to appear on felony; failure to appear on misdemeanor (seven counts).
* Feb. 20: Dylan Thomas Hooper, 44, Robbinsville. Communicating threats.
* Feb. 21: Mitchell Wayne Ayers, 44, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on felony.
