The following is a list of arrests made and/or filed by the Graham County Sheriff’s Office, the Tennessee Valley Authority, the N.C. Highway Patrol, the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission and the Cherokee Indian Police Department.
The information was obtained from arrest records on file at the Graham County Jail and/or Clerk of Court’s office.
Persons listed below are innocent until proven guilty.
* Feb. 19: Brittany Paige Berryman, 37, Robbinsville. Possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine; possess drug paraphernalia; possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver within 1000 feet of school.
* Feb. 19: Nicholas Michael Strembel, 21, Ormond Beach, Fla. Possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule I controlled substance; possession with intent to manufacture/sell/ deliver schedule II controlled substance; maintain place controlled substance prison/jail premisses; simple possession schedule II controlled substance; possess drug paraphernalia; possess controlled substance prison/jail premisses; possession with intent to manu-facture/sell/deliver within 1000 feet of school.
* Feb. 20: James Randolph Rich, 41, Robbinsville. Second-degree trespass.
