The following is a list of arrests made and/or filed by the Graham County Sheriff’s Office, the Tennessee Valley Authority, the N.C. Highway Patrol, the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission and the Cherokee Indian Police Department.
The information was obtained from arrest records on file at the Graham County Jail and/or Clerk of Court’s office.
Persons listed below are innocent until proven guilty.

* Feb. 25: Avery Scott Phillips, 19, Robbinsville. Aiding and abetting a felony.
* Feb. 25: Mallory Danielle Welch, 30, Robbinsville. Misdemeanor child abuse (two counts); felony conspiracy; false report to police station.
* Feb. 26: Christian David Queen, 24, Robbinsville. Assault inflict serious injury; assault by strangulation.
* Feb. 27: Gladis Mariposa Anderson, 26, Robbinsville. Second-degree trespass; possession with intent to sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance.
* Feb. 27: Hannah Lynn Garrison, 29, Robbinsville. Resisting public officer; failure to appear on felony (two counts).
* Feb. 27: Jeffery Charles Heid, 53, Robbinsville. Second-degree trespass.
* Feb. 27: Wayne William Sawyer, III, 45, Robbinsville. Probation violation (five counts); felony larceny; break or enter a motor vehicle; possess methamphetamine.
* Feb. 27: Steven Michael Trempe, 56, Franklin. Failure to appear misdemeanor.
* March 1: Nicholas Michael Strembel, 39, Ormond Beach, Fla. Failure to appear on felony (two counts).
* March 2: Cassie Lee Dennis, 33, Fayette, Ala. Possess drug paraphernalia; possess methamphetamine.
* March 2: Tyler David Holland, 19, Robbinsville. Driving while license revoked; aggressive driving.
* March 2: Joshua David Garrison, 19, Robbinsville. Probation violation.
