The following is a list of arrests made and/or filed by the Graham County Sheriff’s Office, the Tennessee Valley Authority, the N.C. Highway Patrol, the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission and the Cherokee Indian Police Department.
The information was obtained from arrest records on file at the Graham County Jail and/or Clerk of Court’s office.
Persons listed below are innocent until proven guilty:
* Jan. 10 – Sarah Jane Orr, 29, Robbinsville. Breaking or entering.
* Jan. 11 – Glenn McKenzie Pyle, 30, Cleveland, Ga. Failure to appear on misdemeanor.
* Jan. 12 – Jacob Ray Phillips, 38, Robbinsville. Possession of methamphetamine.
* Jan. 13 – Lexi Page Ingersoll, 20, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on misdemeanor.
* Jan. 13 – Christoper Paul Key, 41, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on misdemeanor (eight counts); failure to appear on felony.
* Jan. 13 – Carley Dunn Walls, 26, Robbinsville. Second-degree trespass; probation violation; first-degree trespass; breaking and/or entering.
* Jan. 14 – Jacob James Sawyer Lewis, 41, Robbinsville. Disorderly conduct; impede traffic.
* Jan. 15 – Richard Scott Rutland, 48, Robbinsville. Assault on a female.
