The following is a list of arrests made and/or filed by the Graham County Sheriff’s Office, the Tennessee Valley Authority, the N.C. Highway Patrol, the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission and the Cherokee Indian Police Department.

* July 30 – Mark Wayne Carver, 48, Robbinsville. No charge data.

* July 30 – Kevin Edward Mashburn, 32, Robbinsville. Second-degree kidnapping; larceny of dog; assault on female.

* July 30 – Christopher Nathaniel Rabb, 20, Robbinsville. Communicating threats; first-degree kidnapping; assault with deadly weapon/serious injury; assault inflict serious injury.

* July 31 – Jason Lyle Crisp, 32, Robbinsville. First-degree trespass.

* Aug. 1 – Joshua Ryan Wilbanks, 40, Waynesville. Driving while impaired.

* Aug. 2 – Jim Edward Jumper, 59, Robbinsville. Felony possession of cocaine; possession of methamphetamine (two counts).
