* Nov. 17: Nicholas Michael Strembel, 39, Ormond Beach, Fla. Possession with intent to manufacture, sell, deliver schedule III controlled substance (two counts); maintain place controlled substance; possession with intent to sell, deliver methamphetamine; carrying concealed gun (two counts).
