* Oct. 5: Michael Patrick Breen, 47, Almond. Simple assault.
* Oct. 5: Christian Cole Phillips, 18, Robbinsville. Driving while impaired.
* Oct. 6: Scott Jennings Cable, 49, Murphy. Misdemeanor stalking; assault on a female; misdemeanor sexual battery; misdemeanor assault on individual with disability.
