* Oct. 9: Wendle Lee Mitchell, 27, Robbinsville. Domestic violence.
* Oct. 9: Preston Lloyd Stewart, 37, Robbinsville. Breaking and/or entering; larceny of motor vehicle; felony larceny; possession of stolen goods.
* Oct. 11: Travis Dewayne Orr, 39, Robbinsville. Breaking and/or entering; larceny of motor vehicle.
* Oct. 11: Rondy Lee Chastain, 36, Hiawassee, Ga. Possess schedule II controlled substance.
