* Sept. 8: Shayna George Jenkins, 40, Cherokee. Identity theft (four counts); obtain property false pretense (four counts).
* Sept. 8: Dylan Scott Wiggins, 33, Bryson City. Obtain property false pretense (four counts); misdemeanor larceny.
* Sept. 9: Floyd Everett Acord, Jr., 38, Bryson City. Failure to appear.
* Sept. 9: Kristin Michelle Strebe, 44, Robbinsville. Driving while impaired.
* Sept. 9: Marinda Leeann Ward, 37, Robbinsville. Probation violation.
* Sept. 9: Michael Chantilly Welch, 36, Robbinsville. Second-degree trespass.
* Sept. 11: Billy Ray Underwood, 40, Robbinsville. Failure to appear on misdemeanor.
* Sept. 12: Landon Joseph Edwards, 23, Robbinsville. Impede traffic.
* Sept. 12: Denise Smoker Sanchez Rattler, 51, Robbinsville. Probation violation.
* Sept. 14: Dawson Wade Riddle, 27, Robbinsville. Break/enter motor vehicle; second-degree trespass; damaged property.
