Robbinsville – A Marble man involved in alleged shoplifting and catalytic converter theft has been arrested for yet another crime occurring the same day.
In addition to the shoplifting and theft of nonferrous materials charges he racked up – after being identified as being in a surveillance video, showing two men stealing catalytic converters from Graham County vehicles, while allegedly shoplifting from the Robbinsville Shell gas station on March 17 – 32-year-old Joseph Bryan Pressley has been charged with breaking and entering, and larceny after breaking and entering.
Court documents state that Pressley allegedly broke into a building in the 3200 block of Tallulah Road and stole a 2006 Honda CRF 86 motorcycle valued at about $2,000. The crime occurred the night of March 16. The bike was recovered and Pressley was again arrested on March 23.
Pressley was taken before a magistrate and was placed in the Graham County Jail under a $4,000 bond. He posted bail later the same day.
A court date was not listed on the warrant.
