Judge's order violated, says new filing

Robbinsville – District Attorney Ashley Welch has filed a second amendment to her petition to have suspended Graham County Sheriff Brad Hoxit removed from office, which includes an allegation that Hoxit violated an order handed down at Feb. 20's pre-trial motion hearing.

Sheriff’s office launches security camera prevention program

Want to help put a stop to nefarious crimes? The Graham County Sheriff’s Office has launched a camera registration program, where residences, businesses or places of worship can allow the office permission to view security camera footage that may be pertinent to solving an investigation.
