Local man dies after being struck by vehicle

Alarka – A local man walking on an exit ramp in Swain County on the evening of April 13 was struck and killed by a vehicle.  Brian Abram Fox, 49, of Atoah, was walking on the Exit 64 off-ramp on U.S.

Glen H. Thomas, 80, went home peacefully Thursday, Nov. 26, 2020, to be with his Lord and Savior.  He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Lawton and Bertha Thomas.
