One man, two days, two charges

Tallulah – A Kingsport, Tenn. man remains behind bars in Graham County this week, after arrests occurring on consecutive days.  On Monday Dec. 21, Graham County Sheriff’s Deputies and Detectives were dispatched to the Ledbetter Road area in reference to a possible stolen vehicle.
