Man arrested after attempted assault

A Graham County man was arrested after allegedly attempting to run over a deputy sheriff and attempting to flee the scene.
Jacob Nicholas Franks, 31, allegedly attempted to back over Graham County Deputy Jordan Rogers with a 1968 Ford truck May 27.
