COVID takes toll on test scores

Robbinsville – Graham County Schools test scores from the last school year have been released, clearly demonstrating that in terms of education, the pandemic had consequences.

Crowds packed the stands both nights at the Lost in the Mountains Bulls and Barrels Rodeo over the weekend, the first local rodeo in decades.

First voter challenge evidentiary hearing set

Robbinsville – The first of two voter challenges pertaining to the outcome of the 2021 Town of Lake Santeetlah election results has been set. John and Tina Emerson will be challenged at a 9 a.m. hearing Wednesday, Sept. 28, at the Graham County Community Building, 196 Knight St.

Weekend rodeo first of several upcoming events

Snowbird – The first rodeo in Robbinsville in decades will be held Friday and Saturday, behind the old Bemis Lumber Yard (670 Snowbird Road).
