Tallulah – The Lady Dragons – also known as the Red Hat Ladies – can be spotted at nearly any Graham County event. On Saturday, they could be found at Moonshiners Steakhouse. The first annual “May B a Moonshiner” drive-in dinner was held  in the steakhouse parking lot.
