Raleigh – In what can only be viewed as an encouraging sign, the N.C. High School Athletic Association announced Tuesday that sports can move into “Phase 2.”
Raleigh – Following Gov. Roy Cooper’s announcement July 14 that schools will reopen Monday, Aug. 17, the N.C.
It is a move all involved were hoping to avoid.
The 2020 Smokey Mountain Youth Conference football and cheerleading seasons were officially canceled on June 16.
