Jesse Mack Bridges, 82 of Robbinsville, N.C. passed away, Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2019 at Mission Hospital in Asheville, N.C.
He was a native of Graham County and the son of the late Jess and Mamie Bradshaw Bridges. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his son Jesse Mack Bridges Jr. and 11 brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his wife, Bobbie Crane Bridges; son and daughter in law, Mack Anthony and Lydia Bridges of Gastonia, N.C.; special daughter, Chastelle Bridges of Robbinsville, N.C.; grandchildren, Crystal and Marty Rogers, Chad and Cory Bridges; 12 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandson, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services were held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, 2019 at New Hope Baptist Church. Marty Maxwell and Rev. Kevin Crane officiated. The family received friends from 5-7 p.m. Sept. 26 at the church, prior to the service.
Committal Services were held at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 27., 2019 at the Metz Cemetery.
