June Stewart

June Marie Hyde Stewart, 82, of the Atoah Community in Robbinsville, N.C., passed away Monday, Sept. 23, 2019 at Erlanger Western Carolina Hospital in Murphy, N.C.

A native of Graham County, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Maggie Bridges Hyde. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Stewart, and her sisters, Joyce Cable and Joan Hyde.

She is survived by her children and their spouses, Erma and Jerry Phillips of Robbinsville, N.C., Michael and Patti Stewart of Lake Worth, Fla., and Michelle Lane of Robbinsville, N.C.; her brother, David Hyde of Robbinsville, N.C.; her sisters, Jane Lovin and Carol Adams, both of Robbinsville, N.C.  She has four grandchildren, Austin Adams, Leanne Butler, Blake Marino, and Brittany Edwards, and 10 great-grandchildren, Justin Orr, Jordyn Butler, Autumn Butler, Blythe Marino, Finley Marino, Woodson Edwards, Ithaka Edwards, Zerelda Edwards, Aelynn Adams, and Aeleese Adams.
