Naomi Birchfield, 91 of Robbinsville, N.C., passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at Graham Health Care & Rehabilitation Center.
She was a native of Graham County, and the daughter of the late William O. and Ethel Millsaps Lane. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the father of her children, LeRoy Birchfield; and her daughter, Karen Birchfield.
She is survived by her daughters and their husbands, Conda Irons Odom and Lewis “Slim” Odom, Phyllis and Noah Stewart, and Brenda Burchfield, all of Robbinsville, N.C.; and Pam and Buddy Price of Dalton, Ga.; son and his wife, J.R. and Sherry Birchfield of Robbinsville, N.C.; sister and brother-in-law, Ondra and Ed Walker of Lafollette, Tenn.; and brother and sister-in-law, Hugh and Missy Lane of Robbinsville, N.C.
She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
Graveside services were held at noon Friday, April 22, 2022, at the Old Mother Church Cemetery. The Rev. Darrin Self officiated.
